Who We Are

Kyle’s IT Services started in 2014—not as a company, but just me filling IT roles wherever I was needed. I didn’t set out to become a Managed Service Provider. I just showed up, fixed what was broken, and made sure people could get their work done.

That changed when a client I was working with faced a major transition. Things were uncertain, and they needed someone to step in and take full responsibility for their IT. I didn’t have all the answers—but I said yes and figured it out along the way. That moment wasn’t just a job—it was a turning point. It gave me the chance to step up, grow, and build something real. I’ll always be grateful for that opportunity. I’ve learned more than I ever planned—through the places I’ve been, the people I’ve met, and the stories they’ve shared. It’s been one hell of a ride, and I’m ready for wherever it goes next.

I’d seen other IT firms using the term “MSP,” but I didn’t even know what it stood for at the time. What I did know was how to support my clients—and when one of them needed someone to step in and take ownership of their IT, I said yes—and figured it out along the way. I didn’t have the model figured out, but I knew I could deliver. I told myself: when things calm down, I’ll learn the business side. But right now, the client comes first. That decision set everything in motion. To support them better, I became a direct reseller, supplying Microsoft, Meraki, Adobe, Dell, and more. It wasn’t about sales—it was about cutting through the noise and delivering exactly what they needed, without the markup. That shift turned my consulting into something bigger—and more importantly, something that truly serves the people who trust me.

We operate as an IT Nomad—a mobile IT department that goes where our clients need us. From remote field sites to small-town offices, we bring the right tools and show up without the bloated travel fees. But being a Nomad is more than mobility—it’s about community. We’re a tribe, not a corporation. We take care of our own. We stand behind our work, support our clients, and make sure our team is supported too—because you can’t help others if you don’t look after your own. This business moves with purpose—built on trust, backed by hard work, and here when it matters most.

The 1951 Ford F6 I’m restoring isn’t just a truck—it’s a symbol of where we came from, and what this company strives to be. It honors the people who worked dangerous, thankless jobs to build a better life for their families—and who sacrificed so the next generation could have it just a little easier than they did. If it could talk, it would tell stories of hard days, long roads, and showing up no matter what. And soon, it’ll be back on the road—hauling my office and home, putting in another day’s work as part of this mission. Not just a restoration—it’s a return to purpose.

From the Farm to the Firewall: Why I Started This Company

I grew up in a small, low-income farming family, where the work started before the sun came up and didn’t stop until the job was done—usually long after it went down. In that world, community wasn’t a buzzword. It meant showing up when another farmer was in trouble, no matter what was going on in your own life. You helped because that’s what you do. You fixed what you had, shared what you could, and never asked for more than you needed.

I got my first job at 13 working on a neighbor’s farm—not because I had to, but because I saw how hard my parents were working just to keep things afloat. That neighbor was Garnet Tetz, and he became one of the first mentors I looked up to. I still remember something he said that stuck with me: “If I’m fat and happy, why shouldn’t my cows be fat and happy too?” I took that to mean—if I’m full, whether it’s with money, joy, or purpose—why shouldn’t the people around me be too? That idea shaped a part of me I carry into this business to this day.

That fall, I overheard my parents worrying about how they’d afford school fees. The next day, I took everything I’d earned and paid for them. That moment stuck with me—and so did the values that shaped it.

This business is built on the example of the man I proudly call my father—my stepdad. He never looked for praise. He showed up every day, worked through the pain, sacrificed his own dreams, and never asked for anything in return. I saw that. I learned from that. And I carry those lessons into every part of this business. Without his example, I wouldn’t be the man I am today—or the one who built this business to help others the way he helped us.

You may hire me to handle your technology—but my goal is to be more than a service provider. I want to become a part of your team. Someone you trust. Someone who takes care of your IT, so you can focus on chasing your goals and building your future—with the same grit, pride, and purpose that shaped mine.
